Help us tell our story.
About Bold Factory
At Bold Factory, we're building modern Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software to help small and medium-sized factories move beyond paper and Excel.
Our product connects production planning, materials, inventory and shop-floor operations. We're based at Lanzadera in Valencia, and the software we build is already used by real companies to run their day-to-day operations.
The role
We're looking for a Content Creation Intern to lead our video presence: coming up with ideas, filming, editing and publishing, while helping Bold Factory build its visibility on social media.
Your work will cover two areas that feed into each other: our organic social media channels—Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube—and video creative for our paid campaigns. Every shoot should work for both: something that performs as a reel may be a strong ad, and vice versa. Each session will produce several pieces adapted to the channel where they will be published. You'll also edit footage recorded by the rest of the team.
You'll collaborate on other marketing and sales assets too. Video will always be the priority, but we work as a team and help where needed.
This is a paid university internship. You must be enrolled at a university with which we can sign an internship agreement.
The challenge
Explaining Manufacturing Operations Management software visually is not easy: it's a technical product for an industry that is not used to showing up on social media, competing for attention with much more eye-catching content. The challenge is to find formats that draw people in without losing authenticity and to get the most from every piece we shoot.
We have a brand, a design system and a clear audience. What we do not yet have is our own visual storytelling language: which formats work, what tone to use and what pace feels right. That's what you'll help build. We want your judgement on what works on social media; we'll give you the product and brand context, and you'll gain autonomy as we learn what performs.
There's an important distinction: video here is not only about brand awareness. Much of what you shoot will sit behind real advertising spend, so you'll see performance data for your work and iterate using it.
What you'll do
Film and edit video for Instagram and TikTok
You'll develop ideas, film and edit videos for social media, and maintain a consistent publishing calendar across our accounts.
Produce video creative for our campaigns
You'll work with the agency that manages our paid media. You'll produce the video creative needed for Meta campaigns in the requested formats and dimensions, then iterate based on the results.
Repurpose every shoot across channels
You'll turn each recording session into several pieces and adapt them for organic posts, ads, shorts and LinkedIn, getting as much value as possible from every shoot.
Edit content recorded by the team
Customer stories, quick product demos and, later, webinars: the team will record them and you'll turn them into publishable videos for YouTube and LinkedIn.
Design and cross-team support
You'll collaborate on design assets and creative elements for other marketing and sales materials, including visuals for the sales team, the website, customer-facing documents and event collateral.
How we work
You'll work closely with Alex, our CRO and one of our founders, who currently leads marketing. You'll receive frequent feedback on your content and progressively more autonomy.
We're based at Lanzadera in Valencia. We work in a hybrid setup (three days in the office) with flexible hours so that classes, exams and your final degree or master's project are compatible with your learning and responsibilities at Bold.
Some material will be filmed away from the office, at our customers' factories or in more industrial settings, so there will be occasional travel.
What we're looking for
- You're in the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree and enrolled at a university with which we can sign an internship agreement. This is a mandatory requirement.
- You can show us videos you've made yourself: a personal account, a class project, work for someone else—anything that shows what you can do.
- English: a genuine B2 minimum. C1 or higher is preferred. No formal language certificate is required.
- You have a good eye for audiovisual content: you understand what makes a social video work and enjoy filming and editing.
- You're confident using video-editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
- In front of and behind the camera. Most of the time you'll film and direct the team, but some formats will require you to appear on camera. You should be comfortable doing both.
- You think in formats and variants, not one-off pieces: you can create several versions from one shoot for different channels.
- You have design sensitivity and are keen to learn tools such as Canva, Figma or similar.
- You're organised and able to plan and maintain a publishing calendar.
Even better if…
- You have your own Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account, or previous projects with a track record.
- You have previous experience creating content for brands or startups.
- You understand the basics of video advertising: hooks, opening seconds and variants for testing.
- You've used AI tools for content production.
- You're interested in industry and in telling approachable B2B stories.
No previous professional experience is required. We care about your ability to tell stories through video and your drive to build our social presence from scratch.
What's in it for you
- Real ownership from day one. You'll be Bold Factory's point person for video and social media, with room to propose formats and test ideas.
- Real marketing, not just social media. You'll produce work for campaigns with real spend and collaborate closely with the agency managing them. You'll see how content connects to the business.
- Mentoring and feedback. You'll work closely with Alex and receive constant feedback on your content.
- Visible impact. You'll see your content reach real factories and potential customers, and how it contributes to Bold's growth.
- Flexibility around your studies. Organise your working hours with the team so you can make progress at Bold while keeping up with classes, exams and academic commitments.
- The Lanzadera community. Learn how a startup grows from the inside, surrounded by founders and teams building their own companies.
- Room to grow with us. We'd like this internship to be the first step towards a longer journey at Bold. If there's a strong mutual fit and you perform well, our intention is for you to continue growing as part of the marketing team.
€500–1,000 per month as a study allowance, depending on the time commitment we agree with you.
